As a company, we help people design the future for themselves and their companies.
What do we mean by that?
Well, most people, associate change with fear. In other words, we are scared of change and react with the usual fight/flight/freeze response, which is oftentimes not particularly helpful.
We help break the association of change to fear and replace it with possibility.
One specific change we are seeking to address now, both at a personal and at a company level, is the change that comes with digitization, globalization, and automation. An estimated 30-50% of employees may lose their jobs within the next 3-5 years, and most of these employees have held the same job for 10, 20, or 30 years and have never had to find a new job, let along work themselves into a new profession, be it within their company or without. The fallout for society could be immense, world leaders in Davos called it the "New Industrial Revolution", but nobody seems to have the time to do much about it.
This is where we would like to help.
We have plenty of experience with a changing job landscape, and we developed a system of how to approach finding a new career, that is not just a job, but a mission, something to get excited about. Losing a job will always hurt, but it does not have to be a step back, it can be a step forward, a step towards a brighter, happier future. We have done it, and we want to pass on what worked for us, as it may work for others, too!
Happy employees, and a nimble work force that is able to adjust quickly to change, makes for a happy society, and a happy society is a productive society everybody wants to live in. If we can contribute to that in just a small way for our clients, we have done our job!
